FAQs
Yes. VIENNE Cuban Link chains use real 14k gold bonded to hypoallergenic Performance Steel using next-gen PVD technology. You get the look of solid gold with better durability and a fraction of the price.
No. VIENNE chains are gold-bonded, not gold-plated, meaning real 14k gold is permanently bonded using next-gen PVD technology. This creates a significantly stronger, longer-lasting finish that resists fading far better than traditional plating.
No problem. We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out and we'll set you up with a refund, exchange, or VIENNE store credit.
Yes. VIENNE chains are built to handle sweat, showers, and everyday wear without issue. We just recommend keeping them away from prolonged exposure to chlorine and harsh chemicals like bleach.

Great Looking Chain
I absolutely love my VIIENNE 10mm Cuban Link Chain! It has a great weight and feel to it, looks fantastic, and really stands out. I’ve received so many compliments every time I wear it. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and it looks even better in person. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend VIIENNE to anyone looking for a sharp, high-quality Cuban link chain. I will definitely be buying more from VIIENNE!

LOVE IT!!!
I hadn’t worn a chain in 20+ years but found myself looking on VIIENNE a few times a week. Finally pulled the trigger and bought this one. I love it, and more importantly, so does my wife!

Wow!
But this chain for my husband, so he would have something to wear in the summer and not worry about it in case he lost it while swimming in the ocean. The quality is amazing looks and feels just like his real gold chain. He wore it in the ocean every day while on vacation no signs of tarnishing. I definitely recommend buying a few for yourself.

Absolute Perfection — Weight, Shine, and Unbeatable Quality
I couldn't be happier with this chain from VIIENNE. Right out of the box, you can feel the quality—it has a solid, premium weight to it, and the shine is unmatched. The craftsmanship is spot-on, and the clasp feels extremely sturdy and secure for daily wear, whether I’m pairing it with a simple tee or dressing it up for a night out. I’ve worn it consistently and received endless compliments on it. No fading, no tarnishing—just pure quality. If you’re on the fence about grabbing one, don’t hesitate. Easily a 5/5 and worth every penny!
